Hello, and welcome to Memory Lane Hypnosis, guided relaxation to release tension in your body and allow you to take a nap or fall into a long, deep sleep.

My name is Robert and I’ll be guiding you through this session.

For safety reasons, please do not listen to this audio whilst driving, or in situations where feeling sleepy should be avoided.

To prepare yourself for this enjoyable, helpful experience, be sure you have all tight clothes loosened, and then get yourself in just as comfortable a position as you can …Now close your eyes and inhale deeply and hold it for three or four seconds and then exhale slowly …

  1. Kept sounding like an oxygen mask hissing or something sliding like something was falling off a dresser or something. Not relaxing at all lol

  2. I feel like I need to repeat the neck and shoulders a great many times as that is where I hold my tension. I can't 'just do it' though. I need to be guided. I wonder if there is another that focuses more there? Very relaxing thank you x

  3. I would like to share a hack available online for the trending meditation tips. Simply type: "MindYoga4U" in Google. This will undoubtedly benefit you.

  4. Thank you! I was having a huge panic attack. The breathing exercises slowed down my heart rate and I fell asleep

  5. It has been my experience that there is no more certain or satisfying couch nap on a Saturday afternoon than having any given Big Ten football game playing on the TV while I "dream of Babylon, or Smith-Smith vs. the Shadow Robots" for about 2 and 1/2 hours (or the full length of the "game"). Roll Tide.

  6. Anyone else not even get past like 10 minutes awake? You literally have helped me get to sleep on my worst nights. I've suffered from insomnia since I was 7. Never being able to sleep ever and this has truly helped me. Currently nearly 3am and up with my son at 7am so this is truly needed and I know I'll fall asleep so in advance, thank you x

  7. I am having a badass cold rn and i feel weak i put this on and i gently went to sleep.. well its 11:37 pm rn n i will update u on how i am feeling 🙂

  8. It's like YouTube knows you're trying to sleep and plays the loudest fucking ad in the world.

  9. I’m a VERY hyper person so falling asleep is quite hard. This helps A LOT!!! Goodnight from Vermont

  10. I made it to about 8 minutes, but son kept asking for a snack, the dog was barking, and my husband was yelling at the dog to stop barking. It's a good video, but not good enough to over power what was going on in my house. I'll try it again another time.

  11. Just imagining if I had a bf like you… so smoothing&satisfying… Is it your true voice? I'm already addicted in it..
