  1. I also have a 16 and a half year old boy and yep, hard to buy for! And when I ask him what he wants/needs he shrugs and says ‘Oh you don’t need to get me anything’. Okay, sweet of you, but it it’s Christmas dude! lol. Now I also have a 14 and a half year of, daughter and there’s never been anyone on earth easier to buy for! Her wish list appears in the form of her filling carts online ?.

  2. Thank you for the Wildfox tip and all the boys tips. I have a niece who just turned 18 and a nephew who is turning 14 in 2 weeks….plus with Christmas coming, I can use all the great gift ideas.

  3. Power Beats 3 by DRE Marnie. My ds just turned 13 & he said that all the kids love the new beats wireless ear buds

  4. Love these ideas Marnie!! One thing I always do for our youngest son who is an actor is to make a book for him on Shutterfly full of pictures of each play he was in for that year…if your boys are at all sentimental it might be a fun idea to do that for them of pictures from the last school year, since all pictures they take are either on their phones or computers…this book puts them in hard copy for them to have forever 🙂 Happy Holidays to you and your sweet fam!! xo

  5. I love this video ! Thanks so much for the suggestions . I have two teenaged boys and I'm always searching for ideas .

  6. Hi Marnie. Would you consider doing a video about how Shane is preparing for college? I'm sure you learned a lot from Jake and have a better idea of what's important for the process. Aside from grades, any tips on how to help them choose the right college, applying for scholarships/grants, letters from teachers, etc.?

  7. Hello Marnie, we hope to find a way to cooperate with you. May I know which is th quickest way? We are jewelry company.

  8. do you earn a commission for any of the items you recommend? because i clicked on one of the links and it didn't bring me directly to the site.

  9. I have 3 sons in their late teens and 20s. They are so hard to buy for, unlike girls they don't really have much of a list. I started giving them "experience" gifts years ago – tickets to movies, sporting events, g/c to restaurants or gas stations. I agree The Container Store has some great gifts – I go there for stocking stuffers in particular. Love your sweatshirt Marnie!

  10. Our daughters, ages 18 and 13, sent Power Point presentations to us this year. They were very thorough, and they included links to the products, 😉

  11. Ugh… the day Call of Duty WWII hit the stores my sons HAD to get it. But to their credit they bought it by exchanging games they were done with. They were super organised about it. I just had to sign off on it as the adult.

  12. I’m 66 yrs old, and I have that JBL speaker. Wow, I’m about as far from a teenage boy as you can get, but I feel really with it on the techie scale!

  13. As a boy mom I agree! UGH these are great suggestions. He just bought a new pickup so on his list is stereo, nice floor mats, extension mirrors for pulling a quad trailer. Their toys only get more more expensive lol

  14. This was great! I'm struggling with what to get my gamer preteen and you gave me some great ideas. He has a PS4 but not a cell phone so we are going that route. Think I might buy a bunch of accessories for his stocking and confuse him. Lol

  15. My 17 year old son wants a season ticket package for the Golden State Warriors home games!!! Lol, I told him he was too expensive for me and how about a GSW sweatshirt instead? Crazy kid. 🙂

  16. I love those suggestions! I have a teen boy. My son has a chic fil a app and putting money on it is always a winner!

  17. Love the pants and the slippers because they’d use them, but never ask for them (like you said). Only problem is my boys are going through huge growth spurts right now, and there’s no way they’re getting clothing from Nordstrom. Me, yes. My husband, yes. Them, no. Do you have recommendations for other good quality, but more price friendly places to look for these items?
