Henry Golding Is The Man Of The Year

Crazy Rich Asians stud Henry Golding is now one of the most celebrated actors in Hollywood this year.

The 31-year-old British Malaysian actor and model has been doing well for himself in the past year.

Golding starred in a celebrated film that was historic in its attention to Asian representation, which will hopefully create a change in Hollywood. He also acted as the handsome male lead archetype in the thriller A Simple Favor, which had nothing to do with his race thus making it all the more important. And he’s getting ready for the release of an upcoming role as a gay character.

Now on top of all that, Golding has been put on the cover of GQ’s “Men of the Year” issue.

Golding joins names like Jonah Hill, Michael B. Jordan, and… Serena Williams. (Apparently the title is unofficially “Men [and one woman] of the year,” which is very confusing).

Golding thanked GQ for adding him to the list on Twitter where he said:

“Something we have been so excited to share with you all, what an honour… Thankyou @gq for recognising me as one of your Men of the year. It is beyond The spread is delicious.” [sp]
