Whether you have a 4 6 or 8 pack is genetics that's one, now whether you're cutting and shreddin EXCESS body fat to truly visibly define this is another, it is possible and common for your upper abdominal muscle to show before your lower you and I both know you haven't worked your lower abs more than your upper so start goin harder…. and hit them obliques while you're at it

  4. i dont think you need to do any abs exercises to get a 6 pack. Just get your macro's on point. Everybody has that 6 pack somewhere under the fat you have. Ofcourse if you realy want them to pop out you need to do them aswell, like every muscle.

  17. People. You cannot change the number of abs you have anymore than you can change your height. They are muscle insertions, they don't split from each other.
