  1. i have a very low body fat percentage but i can't get them to show through i can do 76 crunches in under 2 minutes yet nothin.

  2. So basically I have no chance. I try to limit my calorie intake, most of the time I drink water, and I usually work out 1-3 days a week; sometimes more. The thing is, I can’t just start eating foods I don’t like. I’m picky as is, so when someone tells me to eat healthier I’m like “nah can’t do it” now I’m not obese, just I have fat not gonna lie, I’m 5”10 154, and I’m 20 years old. So basically I just want to turn that into muscle… I know my comment is probably confusing as hell, but if someone could help, that would be great.🙏🏻

  4. Sorry but I don't think this guy gives the best idea. For a lot of the time its some good advice yeah for sure, but the message he gives us. He makes us into the beta male that looks good. Giving us the little talks the girl youtubers give out all the time. I feel like he is supposed to have more discipline and tell us off, to be strong and grasp what we want when we want it and be a man. "
    HYeahe basically says you can do it if you want but its the heart that matters most… this isnt what men are supposed to hear, if you want something you grab it. This whole channel is probably watched by little beta males that never change. Hey guys, its time to change. First of all we need to stop watching these videos and take matters to our own hands.. like men.

  5. There was a time where I literally did hundreds of sit ups in a row and still didn't have abs you have to lose weight if you want abs or else you won't. Diet is super important

  6. I don’t eat dairy… drink and hardly eat meat …. and my abs still won’t show I workout 5 times a week 🤦🏽‍♀️
