  1. Mark man I just learned about you and your videos and I am excited and inspired to get started to get ripped like you and Toby. My name is Mark as well. I am 54 years old and have about 21months left before I retire and I want to get myself in shape like you are showing us. God bless you for these you tube videos most guys are doing a lot of talking and not showing the exercise but you get right down to it. I never thought I wanted a trainer but you are now the trainer that I will follow.
    I think I maybe to late to start your 90 fitness challenge but I want to get started on my own. I have been working on the police department for the past 281/2 years and the different shifts and stress have gotten the best of me but, watching your videos have gave me new energy. I'm fired up lets go!

  2. kale, spinach, high omega3 to 6 ratio, eggs, coconut oil, sardines in olive oil. apples and limes/juice for breakfast. Trail mix is bad. Protein bars are bad for you turn to sugar. Quest protein bars are NOT food its synthetic. Eat only natural foods. Avocados and other saturated fats boost T.

  5. I am using this diet and have stopped gaining weight and don't feel like I am missing out on anything (even though I have stopped eating sugar) Today I will start incorporating a 1 mile walk into my routine and hopefully I can get back into shape.

  6. What? Any type of fish? Catfish is not good for you. And Tuna should be eaten moderately. Also choose Wild Salmon instead of Farmed Salmon.
